To qualify for a return:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we send you an email confirming approval or denial of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Then, contact your credit card company; posting times vary.

  • Next, contact your bank because refunds may take time to appear.

Sale Items

We only refund regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email info@smartlivingsolutions.shop and send your return to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the item, we mail you a gift certificate.

  • If the gift giver ordered the item for themselves and later gave it to you, we send the refund directly to them.

  • You pay for your own return shipping costs.
