New for 2021, the Ring Video Doorbell Wired sends real-time alerts straight to the phone, ring chime, or Alexa device, and allows for HD video and two-way talk so homeowners can answer the door from anywhere there is an Internet connection. This model also contains custom motion settings to filter out non-relevant movement and night vision with sharp contrast.
KNOW WHEN SOMEONE IS AT THE DOOR
This product offers real-time alerts on phones via the Ring app when someone presses the doorbell or motion is detected at the door. Users can also hear alerts on connected Alexa devices or optional Ring Chimes.
Motion alerts can be set for "people only" to avoid false alarms.
When paired with an Alexa device with a screen users can quickly view video of the visitor without using a phone.
SEE, HEAR, AND TALK
See, hear and speak to anyone at the front door. Night vision with sharp contrast ensures clear vision even in the dark.
LIVE VIEWING AND RECORDING
Users can view the doorbell camera any time using the Ring app for iOS or Android or using a compatible Alexa device. There is no cost for live viewing. Optional cloud service is available to provide recordings of video or snapshots.
EASY INSTALLATION
The Ring Video Door Bell connects to the doorbell power wires and uses Wifi for device connectivity. This device does not sound an existing doorbell. To hear audio notifications, the device needs to be paired with a Ring Chime or compatible Alexa Device.
